Alright, so I was billed for a recent appointment/visit/checkup with my doctor. No problem/issue/difficulty there! But now I'm trying to pay/settle/handle the bill online and it's asking for a Client ID/Account Number/Patient Code. How do I even find this thing? It says something about being on my statement/bill/invoice, but I can't seem to locate

I recently made an consultation with my doctor. Now I need to settle the fee online, but I can't locate my client ID. It's required for completing the payment.
